Osman ÖZTOP is a retired Air Engineer Colonel and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SAPRON Information Technologies Ltd. Mr. ÖZTOP, a graduate of Industrial Engineering (Gazi University/Ankara), has worked in the fields of logistics, ERP and project management for more than 25 years and has been involved for more than 20 years since the start of the Air Force Logistics Information System HvBS-KYS project, which is one of the few successful ERP projects in the world that successfully activates all SAP modules in the defense industry in an integrated manner and includes more than 15 million lines of custom code development.

He has assumed responsibility in SAP-based material management, material breakdown, bulk transfer of configuration data of all aircraft in the inventory of the TurAF, ammunition quality control and maintenance activity solutions, quality management, maintenance management and production management live transition stages. In an ecosystem with 40.000+ active users and more than 5.000 maintenance orders are processed daily due to intensive flight activities, he has provided numerous process design and activation and user trainings in PM, QM, PP and MM modules.
